Use and liability
Rules governing published content and public records
Scanapse observes public information and presents it with explicit limits. This does not grant any additional access rights or guarantee that observed information remains permanently accurate.
Intellectual property
Texts, code, interfaces, visual direction, and content created specifically for Scanapse belong to Koperateur Consulting or their respective owners where indicated. Public access to a record does not grant a right to substantially reuse the service, its presentation, or proprietary content without authorization.
Liability limits
Records rely on automated, public, and time-bounded observations. Attribution may be incomplete, information may become outdated, and protections may limit the reading. Scanapse provides no certification, security guarantee, or legal advice and should not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
Reading third-party domains
Users must use Scanapse lawfully and proportionately. The service provides no intrusion or bypass mechanism and grants no rights over observed systems. A public record describes only what the method could observe within its scope.
Legal question, public record, or rights request
For a request concerning the publisher, a record, a correction, or the exercise of a right, use the Scanapse contact form. This route helps qualify the request and collect only the information needed to process it.
